My name is Michel Cote. I’ve been teaching Yoga for over 20 years. I created this web site to make my teaching of Yoga more available to those who are interested. I also foster domestic rabbits if you need information. Take care.

 Yoga classes

Friday         5:30 – 6:45pm  Beginner / Intermediate                                                           This is a class designed to be accessible for beginners, yet still challenging for more experienced students. It seeks to bring understanding of the body and mind while looking to create balance on all levels of practice.                                                                          (See “Shangrila Yoga”)  for further information
